Cooking Crew
In this position, delivering outstanding standard procedure cooking and preparation will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include processing food orders, packaging, storing and assisting in maintaining a healthy environment.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, with great communication skills and extensive Kitchen experience.
Responsibilities
Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.

Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and packaging meals.
​
Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains temperature logs as required; and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
​
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
​
Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

Requirements
Food Handling Course B
​
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position and environment​
​
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies
​
English/Maltese qualifications are required
